"Personalities Paint" in the SJ-R

Today’s A&E section in the State Journal Register features an article about 24 local personalities that were chosen to participate in the fourth annual “Personalities Paint … to Profit the Arts” event sponsored by the Springfield Art Association. I am among the 24 personalities. You can see all of the paintings HERE.

The fundraiser, which will include a live auction of the paintings, will be held from 6 to 9 p.m. Saturday at the Springfield Art Association, 700 N. Fourth St. Tickets for the event are $20 per person.

The paintings will be displayed through Saturday at the art association gallery. Accompanying each painting will be the artist’s biographical information with the reason the subject painted is a favorite.
